Strengthening students' vocabulary
On one level, this workshop focuses on vocabulary enrichment activities and how these activities are executed. We will provide you with a wide range of engaging games and exercises that ensure active learning and long-term memorization of new words.
On a deeper level, we delve into the complexities of classroom management and work on developing so-called 'soft skills' such as social and communication skills. We will address the individual needs of students, especially those who are shy or dominant, creating an inclusive and supportive environment.
Additionally, we'll demonstrate how to transform competitive games into collaborative ones, fostering cooperation and empathy among children.
Who is the workshop intended for
For teachers of English as a foreign language, but also for everyone working with children and teenagers, be they educators or parents.

English or Serbian, depending on the structure of the group.

About the presenter
Ivona Ranđelović is an award-winning English language teacher with over 23 years of teaching experience. In the first few years of her career, she broke free from traditional and conservative methods, opting for a fresh start. Over the years, she developed her own teaching approaches, blending them with existing unconventional methods to elevate her English language classes to a higher standard. Her ambition is to share her knowledge with fellow educators, contributing to the spread of innovative teaching methods and enriching the learning experiences of numerous students.
