More than (just) a story
The workshop aims to explore how a simple story from a book or textbook, especially an English language textbook, can become an intriguing tool for developing children's "soft skills." Participants will receive advice on fostering imagination, creativity, as well as the development of personal, social, and communication skills crucial for successful relationship management, particularly with peers.
By putting themselves in others' shoes, analyzing characters from various perspectives, including their actions and thoughts, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their pedagogical approach.
All practical ideas stem from experiences in classes with children of different ages, predominantly ranging from 9 to 12 years old, where the dramatic process was used as a key method.
